Vision Statement for the Pocono Mountains Municipal Airport Authority

PMMAA’s expectations for the short to mid-term future include a financially stabilized airport operation, providing modern facilities attractive to all categories of General Aviation users and supporting local economic development, while pursuing both traditional and innovative sources of predictable revenue, bolstered by regular and reliable grant support from Monroe County, the Bureau of Aviation and other State and Federal sources.

 

Membership on the Authority Board will be viewed as an attractive, challenging, and energizing volunteer opportunity, so as to provide the best possible team to support and help execute the stated Mission of the Pocono Mountains Municipal Airport.
